Most of my students in my class speak another language or their parents do not speak English. I found out that there was an app that could literally translate what I want to say at the touch of a button on an iPad. How amazing would it be to say to one of my Brazilian students, "You did an amazing job today!" and translate that instantly to Portuguese? In my classroom alone I have students who speak, Spanish, Creole, Portuguese, German, French, Arabic, Greek and of course English.
