WE WANT TO BECOME BETTER STUDENTS, INDIVIDUALS AND CITIZENS. I work in a low poverty area in NYC where students are exposed to so much violence and tragedy and abuse. Our students do not have the necessary social and emotional skills to help them deal with frustration and anger. Our students desperately want to learn how to work with each other and to develop trusting relationships with adults. Please help our students to become more successful in all areas of their lives. These children are our future. Help us to stop the cycle of violence and abuse.
