The Kindergarten students are an active group of eager learners. Many did not know their alphabet or numbers when school started do to lack of exposure to educational opportunities. They have a lot of love in their hearts for learning. They are excited to share what they have learned to just about anyone that will listen. The local Fire Department came in yesterday and the kids said "let's sing the red song from the iPad for the Fire Department." 18 smiling children happily sang at the top of their little lungs . iPad makes learning so much fun. My goal this year is to send all of my kindergarten students on to first grade next year reading at or above grade level with a love for learning!
