In my classroom students rotate through hands-on activities, their digital content, and then working in small groups with the teacher. While the teacher is working in a small group with students the rest of the class is working indpendently. These hands-on activities will help the students work on their reading skills in first grade! The students need learning materials and games that will keep them interested and engaged. The phonics games will also help them to have positive interactions with their peers. Using the magnetic letters and phonics building games the students will be able to build up their phonics skills they need to become great readers!
