"Every child deserves a champion – an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be."(Rita Pierson) I believe that all students can learn and deserve the best educational experience possible. My students are the reason I teach. They are incredible little learners and each individual is so different from the next. I work with Kindergarten through fourth grade special education students. My students qualify for special education services based on their disability categories. Students may have Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism, Other Health Impairments, or Developmental Delays.
