Chair bands and yoga balls help us keep our bodies moving with out being a distraction to ourselves and others. During work times the students with ADHD have a hard time sitting and focusing. They are all over their chair, leaning back, standing up, ect. These things will help them remain focused on their work while still letting their bodies move. Help us, help ourselves! By providing us with things like the yoga balls, and the chair bands, you are giving us a way to get our energy out in an appropriate way while also remaining focused and on task.

About my class
