We will increase our knowledge about ocean animals and their habitats. Students will make a connection between their lives and ocean animals' lives. Visiting the aquarium will establish memories of 2nd grade for our students. Curiosity is a natural guide for students. My students need admission to the Living Planet Aquarium. The aquarium offers 2400 animals and 450 species to investigate. Students may have previously learned about some of these creatures, but now have the opportunity to actually view, hear, discover, and touch. After spending the day with new and beautiful animals, students will answer their own questions and maybe even have developed new questions. They may also pursue a profession in animal science.
