When I was four years old, I would line my stuffed animals up and "teach" them and I have known since then, that my gift was teaching. I am blessed each day to live my childhood dream of teaching children, but the gift I consider to be even greater, is that I get to teach children in low-income schools. My heart has ALWAYS been with these students. I believe that they deserve the BEST teachers and I strive to meet this expectation daily. When you teach in low-income schools, materials needed to teach effectively are often times not there. I am so thankful to have found this site and to have generous donors like YOU considering the projects I need funded. Each donation is put to good use and has a lasting impact on EACH child in my classroom.
