Students will print various objects from nature using Gel Press Printing plates. Printing activities correlate with curriculum in science classes such as Life Science and Environmental Science. Activities will reinforce vocabulary and content. Example Project: Students will investigate structures and create collage compositions of a leaf collage from prints of 10 objects found in nature." This is a great way to reinforce content in science and to promote engagement in art and science. Donations will support art and learning across the curriculum. These types of hands on activities encourage interest in art and science. Gel plates are reusable and can be used for years.
