I never thought that I would be teaching from home. Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus that is now the case. We are all trying to do our best to continue teaching our students. I use a lot of visuals, videos, educational games and songs to keep my young learners entertained and engaged. The MimioTeach interactive White board will help keep my students engaged during distance learning. This tool can be used to model lesson for students during Zoom meetings and pre-recorded lessons. Once we are able to return to our school this board will continue to be useful! I teach students on the alternate curriculum and it is all found online. This white board allows students to be active participants in lessons. This tool will be useful for all my students, but especially for my kinesthetic learners since they will be able to touch, grab, and explore the content projected on the board.
