My students have a variety of disabilities that make school and learning difficult. Often special needs students need sensory input to help them get through their school day. These items will provide different ways for students to move while staying seated and provide them with the sensory input they need. This sensory input will help my students regulate themselves and focus on completing their assignments. My students are always on the go and these items will help them stay seated and focused on their learning. Not all types of sensory input work for all my students either. This is why I have added yoga balls this year, and I've chosen a variety of seating alternative items to help my students like cushions and Bouncy Bands.
