Our school is a Title I School. Due to the economical situation of most of my students, they are part of either free lunch or reduced priced lunch. Some of them are also part of the Families in Transition Program. Therefore, we need every available resource to help them be successful. My experience has taught me that activities that involve team work and personalize instruction leads to a better understanding of every class, specially those considered to be challenging, such as Physics and Chemistry. Furthermore, personalized instruction provides the perfect environment for those shy students to dear to participate and learn. That's the main reason I am requesting your help to provide us 40 sets of Expo Ultra-Fine Tip Dry Erase Markers. The goal behind this is for each student to use the markers and to be able to practice and learn with their assigned team, without the fear of coming to the board. Each student will be provided a mini white board, which we already have, for them to practice individually and then share with their assigned small group. I have no doubts that this small donation will make a big impact on my students' learning.
