My students are motivated to learn. They love using technology! Many of them already understand that a good education is the key to their future success. I commend their parents for instilling this idea in them early. My students are very respectful and well mannered. They are appreciative of rewards and incentives and work hard to earn these things. My class is sensitive to the feelings of others and they never exclude others during recess or cooperative learning groups. Many of my students enjoy helping me with tasks or helping fellow students. They are a group of future leaders. When we have Open Mic on Fridays, they are always eager to share their written stories or things they wish to share about themselves. My school provides opportunities for students to demonstrate their leadership skills as well as their eagerness to learn and grow.
