My students love being challenged. Even better, they love rising to a challenge. Throughout the school year, they are challenged to write several argumentative essays on topics dealing with ancient world history (Was Alexander the Great really that "great?"). In addition to growing and strengthening their writing skills, my students love to laugh, tell jokes, and have a good time. But who doesn't?!
