It will Improve flexibility, increase muscular strength and endurance; adaptable for all physical ability levels. Lessons provide for brain connections, promoting social emotional learning and improves coordination. Activities teach fine motor skills and spatial awareness and increases focus and attention. The students will build confidence and self-expression and lessons are non-competitive and inclusive. There will be decreased behavior issues and maximized engagement while enhancing academic learning. DrumFit lessons are series of patterns, rhythm and beats that enhance activity in all areas of the brain. It reaches out to the senses.
