I teach Algebra 2 in a high needs school where our scores have increased from 30% in 2003 to 61% passing in 2008. 89% of our student population is African-American and 76% receive free or reduced lunch. I have been teaching for 39 years and have obtained a 94% success rate on the 2008-09 End-of-Course Test for Algebra 2.
