My fifth grade students are wonderful and have many unique qualities, but also have much they are striving to fulfill in life both academically and socially. There are currently 24 students and out of the 24, 8 have attention issues and are diagnosed with ADD or ADHD (Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). In spite of any challenge, they want to learn and try so hard each day. Several students need differentiated instruction for both the high level and learning needs students. Students are not able to access this type of instruction at a level that is meeting their needs because of the limited time with current computers.
