Our school is urban and sits in an historic neighborhood in a major city. Some of the kids live in houses, others in apartments, and some are homeless. They tell me how hard the work is in the art room, but then tell me again how much fun it is. It is very rewarding to see. They are hardworking and rise to any challenge from any teacher in the building.
