My students want to reach their reading goals and I want to make it happen for them. I have been teaching for 7 years in high-need communities. I teach a fifth grade inclusion classroom. This means I have many special education students in my general education classroom. This particular group of students means a great deal to me because I was also their fourth grade teacher. I moved up to fifth grade with them because their sparkling personalities inspire me to be the best teacher possible.
