The coding drones are a good resource to help the students practice the coding skills they are developing in class in a fun and different way. As the students work with the drones they will learn a new coding language that is similar to what is taught in class. This will help the students to see the relationships between different coding languages and how the skills that they are learning will translate to more possibilities for learning code. Students will be creating race courses to fly through and making drone light shows to showcase their skills. This will give the students a hands on experience using coding that is enjoyable and creates interest for other students to take a coding class.
