Our students at Kenny Guinn come to us from all over the world and speak a multitude of different languages. Beyond the students diversity in culture and language, they are also very diverse in their respective academic abilities. Reading, writing and drawing evidence from texts is a focus of our Social Studies department. With Nathan Hale's Hazardous Tales, the students will get to interact with a graphic novel that takes them through the main events of the American Revolution in a very engaging and interesting way. This book will undoubtedly be enjoyed by all my students and I know that they will find it unforgettable.
