These materials will make an immense impact in my classroom and the lives of my students. I am starting my classroom library. This book will be an added favorite to our growing library. I need a variety of books to encourage enjoyment while learning and to push my students towards our goal of 1.5-2 years of reading growth. These books will be used for literature circles and books that can be checked out to take home to ensure books are in homes. A variety of apps will be used to learn and practice comprehension. It is my hopes that this exposure to technology will build my students to become a competitive 21st century learner. Using the iPad, will assist students become fluent readers and writers.
