The Fashion Enrichment Club at our school has 14 students. This small enrichment group is made up of aspiring 4th and 5th grade students. The fashion group is truly a wonderful bunch. Comprised junior fashion designers, these students have a passion for fashion and an abundance of ideas. Beyond building their sense of self, they learn so much about themselves, their uniqueness, & their own personal style. Like many schools, we lack necessary resources to make this program possible but our students adapt to the provided resources. Our students are diverse and come from various socioeconomic backgrounds. They embrace each others' ideas and suggestions with open minds creating a great environment for teaching Fashion. They are special students that inspire me on a daily basis.
