Our school motto is "climbing to new heights toward excellence," and our students are eager to learn. I teach music to grades K-5, but will target Second Helping of Something Good to grades 3-5. Our school has 100% of its students receiving free lunch and serves the homeless students and the students from the local women's battered shelter, so, there is a high turnover. By integrating Disney song favorites & patriotic songs into the existing recorder curriculum, I aim to catch their attention with songs they know and love!

About my class
