By having a second monitor, I can observe my online students while still being able to use my desktop for instruction. There will be less disruption in teaching by having a second monitor. I won't have to continually switch between programs or use a split screen. I can check student understanding and being on task better if I can view my Google Meet on one screen while using the other for instruction. I have had to use my phone to try and monitor my class, so I could teach from the computer. It didn't go very well.
