My name is Ettie Luban. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. My sister was born with Down syndrome over 20 years ago. I saw the tremendous impact a teacher could have on a student by watching my sister's talented teachers in action. My passion for teaching was kindled, and I knew then that I wanted to devote my life to teaching children with special needs. I spend many hours preparing for my lessons, researching programs and activities, and increasing my knowledge base. I am also always on the lookout for new ideas and materials that could be used to benefit my students. I give teaching my all, and I try to be the best and most effective teacher I can possibly be.
