My students are superheroes disguised as tiny people in student clothing. They make observations, create solutions and help each other achieve success on a daily basis. Their small group time is their favorite time of day and they enjoy getting to practice their newly honed skills with classmates. The students enjoy learning especially when technology or hands-on activities are integrated. Students come from all backgrounds and cultures and enjoy sharing their heritage with one another. My class uses every teachable moment we can find to learn something new about something or someone. The students have some big dreams for their futures and for the year ahead.
