I teach at a small school in Tennessee where the poverty rate among students is very high. My students each have their own big dreams and a desire to be successful academically and throughout life in general. They aim to impress, and they give it their best each day. I teach in an inclusion classroom, so I have a very wide-spread ability range among my students. It takes a lot of planning, dedication, and materials to make sure that each of my students get what they need every day.
