The use of Chromebooks are a daily activity in my classroom. We will use the two Chromebooks for reading rotations. They will have access to reading phonics and comprehension programs that will increase their learning. We will also use the two Chromebooks for Math rotations. They will also have access to Math programs that will allow for more practice of concepts I have taught. This will build their confidence level and prepare them for the next standards. There are students in my classroom that struggle with reading and writing. The extra help this technology will provide more excitement and focus on their learning activities. Having more technology in the classroom will allow for more opportunities. Research projects will be a part of daily rotations. It will allow students to have more accountability for what they learn. They will be able to choose research projects that interest them. Virtual field trip will also be added to their rotations. We are a Title 1 school and field trips outside of the classroom are limited. More technology will allow the field trips to come to my students. Our classroom is excited about learning and having two more Chromebooks in our classroom will only enrich our experiences with learning!
