My students are energetic learners. The students I work with have been in the dual language program since pre-k and are very familiar with each other. They come from various cultures and economic backgrounds. I teach at a school where more than 75% of the student population are considered economically disadvantaged and qualify for free or reduced lunch. Teaching them is very rewarding yet, there are challenges. All of my students show enthusiasm for learning and it is my goal to help them feel comfortable in language development as we face challenges together.
