Last year was the first year of computer science at my school. I taught 1 small section of Introduction to Computer Science and 1 very small group of AP Computer Science (6 students). The program took off and this year, I teach one section of AP Computer Science class, two sections of Introduction to Computer Science class, and a vibrant Computer Science Club with about 20 members that meet twice a week. Last year, one of my students did an internship with Gameloft. They recognized in him a huge talent. Another student ranked first in a regional competition.
