As a new teacher, I want to be able to teach my students to the best of my ability. All 25 students in my classroom are eager to learn and try new things. I believe every student of mine has potential to change the world... it is just a matter of finding what excites them! In a little over a week that we have been together... it is clear that technology makes their minds excited and causes learning to continue! Our school lies in a middle/upper class society, where not all children fit into the "norm" of technological devices outside of school. I would love for all of my students to feel as though they fit the mold, and experience all of the wonders that education has to offer through technology! Through iPad applications, interactive activities, group projects and more- I can say with absolute certainty that with devices in hand, third grade is just the beginning of creating an everlasting love of learning!
