The materials in my project will be used as a calming, and rejuvenating tool in my classroom. I will be using the flexible seating for yoga, group discussions and diversity in learning situations for math and reading. The flexible seating has been studied and found to increase oxygen to the brain, strengthen a child's core, and keep them more focused during the lesson. I want to use this seating to help specifically my students that need a change in their routine in order to stay focused and able to learn in a positive way.

About my class
