My students are motivated, active learners. They come into my classroom with a set of individual needs that may not be obvious from the start. I want to address those needs and help them learn in a way that is effective for each student. Our school has fabulous parent support. However, we are substantially behind in the use of technology in the classrooms. I believe students will suffer from this deficiency as they enter the technologically-based world. By providing more access to technology in the classroom, students will be more proficient in technological programs and more prepared for the challenges that will face them.
