I only had a chance to learn about my students for a few days. My first impression is: busy bees who will work very hard if guided and prompted. They are excited to start their first year at a 'big school'. They are imaginative, creative and curious. Even for a short period of time, they manage to ask me questions, listen carefully to everything that my co-teacher says as they learn to follow the routines, listen to stories and work on the concepts such as numbers, letters, etc.
