My college-bound, technologically savvy students are incredibly intelligent, talented, and motivated learners that have not had opportunities to experience animation and art design in a way where they can truly connect with emerging technologies and the design world with the work they are creating. My students have the passion and ambition to explore new technologies and go beyond a 2-D image. My school's art department is underfunded of all the departments at our school - the fact that I am barely able to collect all of the necessary supplies to keep art classes afloat means that I am not able to easily make everyone's experience come alive through the use of cutting-edge technology.
