Students at our school range in grades six through eight. Most of the students I work with have an individualized education plan and need support for a wide range of disabilities. My school also has a poverty rate over 50% so many of my students do not have access to wireless devices that they can use at home or in the resource room. Our school is trying to go wireless to save money on paper and many teachers use Google classroom for this reason. Many teachers have received Chromebooks for their classrooms through their curriculum departments or other grants, but the resource room does not have any of these devices.
