We will be using an interactive notebook this year in math class to help students deepen their understanding of concepts. The Elmo will provide them a real time visual representation that breaks down the steps of each process. Every topic we cover has its own entry with a warm up page, an interactive page, practice pages and a reflection page. Right now we are struggling with creating our entries in a timely manner, as students struggle to see the demonstration of how the interactive pages are made. Also, we do student directed instruction and projects. The students will use the Elmo to present their finished projects and share their learning with their classmates.
