My students are inner city students with varying family dynamics. My goal is to Empower them to be their best mentally, socially and physically. Our elementary school is a "true neighborhood" inner city school. It is in a High Poverty area. My hope is to give my students the skills to identify and acknowledge their feelings. Choose empathy and compassion for their classmates and themselves. Finally, develop healthy coping strategies to use in their daily lives. Any donation will benefit the entire student body, grades PreK through 5th grade. My students will gain valuable coping skills and relational skills through our guidance lessons. Thank you for your consideration and possible donation!
