I am so honored to be working with a group of seven students between the ages of six and ten. My students are much lower functioning then typical students their age. My students' disabilities range from Autism to Cerebral Palsy, to Epilepsy. All but one of my students are nonverbal, and some rely on a wheelchair for mobility. Our school serves students with profound mental and physical disabilities. The recent economic crisis has been challenging for our school, as well as our community. I love what I do, but I need financial assistance to make the necessary accommodations to support my students.
