My name is Jeff Branchaud and I have been teaching for 24 years. I enjoy teaching middle school science because I believe that the middle school is critical in a students life. I try to make science fun, entertaining, and challenging. I see my teaching role more as a facilitator rather than a lecturer. The environment in my classroom is student centered and student driven. Students take part in teaching lessons to their peers and lead collaborative assignments. I want students to go outside of their comfort zone to know that it is safe and to challenge themselves. I want to stay current with new technologies and integrate them into the classroom by the students to enhance the learning experience.
