Please consider a small donation, which Bill & Melinda Gates foundation will double with the code JUMPSTART, to fund rhythm instruments for my music classes. With handbells, Boomwackers (musical tubes), Soundshapes (drum heads), and rhythm sticks I can teach many different lessons and they are all portable for me to transport from room to room (I teach from a cart...see sad empty cart photo). I teach in an urban school that currently has some toy glockenspiel and recorders as the only materials for music class. These students deserve a better music experience.
