My students are some of the most amazing 5th graders. They're loving, giving, hard-working and motivated. They try their best at everything they do! Most of my students are English learners that come from low-income families. They are always happy to come to class and persevere through any task they are given. They are a quirky bunch of kiddos that make each and every day of teaching so rewarding. They ask so many questions and are excited to read anything and everything that is given them. My school is just as amazing as my classroom. It is filled with teachers who go above and beyond on a daily basis. They inspire me to learn new things and motivate my students to succeed. My administration is incredibly supportive and positive in every way possible. I feel very lucky to be at my school.
