I am requesting 5 Galaxy tablets for my fourth graders to use. My students will use these tablets throughout the day, but especially during reading. Audio books allow my students to read independently at their level and assess their reading comprehension. Today technology has become such an integral part of our curriculum and for today daily life. My fourth graders need to take exams on computer. But our school is lacking resources, leaving them to wait to use a computer. Using these Galaxy tablets will be an educative way to introduce technology, develop reading and writing skills, as well as doing expositive research to be college ready.
