Our kiddos lack motivation at times because some do not have expectations or goals. With my incentive corner students will have something to work towards( besides their grades). Often times our kids simple efforts go unnoticed or overlooked. I work in a title one school where students do not get the same opportunities as some kiddos. They lack motivation , encouragement and support. I want them to get excited to learn in my room! I want them to be celebrated when they accomplish their goals. I want them to feel like they matter!
