Every item I chose will impact learning in a a positive way! Independent work times gives them a choose a location in the classroom that works for them. Working with the wobble shares will help those who have difficulty sitting still. The clipboards all students the opportunity to sit or laying on the floor with a clip board while learning. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them. I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are given a choice in their seating. They almost always make good choices about where they sit, are more engaged, and get more work completed than when they are just sitting at their desk. Our students have had a stressful few years due to the pandemic, and I want to bring excitement back into the classroom to show each of them that we are all routing for them! I cannot wait to see the look on their face when they see our awesome classroom room!
