We have a robust Guided Reading Library at our school, but we do not have a great collection of Decodable Readers. Decodable Readers help students practice the skills they learn in their phonics and phonemic awareness curriculum and will be instrumental in helping teachers fill gaps in student learning due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. I will use these books during small group learning to fill gaps in their learning and I will share with other teachers. I am confident that these decodable readers will help my students and students throughout the school.
