My beautiful students have been thrown into a unique time where they have been forced to learn through technology. Now that we're back in the classroom together, it has become frighteningly apparent that children are unsure of how to cooperately play with their peers. Their imaginations are showing limits which is shockingly sad to me. These children are so used to reaching for a tablet or smartphone to entertain them, they are missing out on the best part of childhood...PLAY! I want to teach them to open their minds through play for the purpose of learning through play and honestly, just to give them a chance to have some good old fashioned fun!
