I have the best job in the world! I teach kindergarten in a small town in Illinois. My students are delightful, and I am blessed with some very supportive families. Unfortunately, the State of Illinois is in deep financial crisis, and funding for schools is not coming through. School districts all across our state are struggling to make ends meet, and while our district does an excellent job of being fiscally responsible, there is just not enough in our budget to provide for all of our classroom needs. I am so thankful for donors choose, and all of the generous donors who help make a difference for our children.

About my class
