My first graders are six and seven-year-olds attending a college prep charter school. Many of my students live in a community where college is an unattainable dream, not an expected destination. They will often be the first in their families to attend college. Our goal is 100% college acceptance and my students work towards that everyday even in first grade. Their path begins here. I am so proud to be here to help them take ownership of their own learning and follow their dreams.
